We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £125. Orders under £125 have a delivery fee of £25. We care about your experience, so we don’t use third-party couriers. Instead, our trained Charles & Ivy delivery team will transport your products with care and place them at your property as you require.

If you wish to return your items, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. If the goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, you may be charged a collection fee if you’re returning unwanted products that are not faulty or damaged. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.

For any custom-made, bespoke items, we are unable to accept returns. However, we will replace any defective parts.

Yes, all AquaSlat™ Wall Panels undergo a strict quality control process to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition, time after time. 

The AquaSlat™ Wall Panels are delivered free of charge (subject to minimum spend) by our own in-house delivery team. This ensures prompt and safe delivery. 

AquaSlat™ are compatible in these areas as they are fully waterproof. However, they must be kept away from direct heat.

You can install AquaSlat™ on most surfaces including brick, concrete, and plasterboard. To achieve best results, we advise that the surface you apply the AquaSlat™ onto is as flat and clean as possible. 

No, AquaSlat™ is not flexible enough to bend around curves.

We recommend black drywall screws and Rawl plugs if your desired method is to screw AquaSlat™ to your wall. 

Yes, AquaSlat™ can also be installed with any good quality household named grab adhesives. 

There are 2 panels per pack - Each panel is 250cm x 20cm or 300cm x 20cm.
