Frequently Asked Questions
How are slat walls installed?
Here at Charles and Ivy, we pride ourselves on supplying and delivering products that are easy to install for our customers.
You only need a few basic tools to install a panel slat wall, and we provide step-by-step guides to assist you with the installation.
Check out our blog ‘How to install Charles & Ivy slat walls’ for more details. You’ll find plenty of inspiring articles and tips in our blog section, too.
If you need further guidance with installing a slat wall panel, feel free to get in touch.
How much does a slat wall weigh?
Our slats are manufactured from composite, combining recycled timber and plastic.
Each slat wall panel is the equivalent weight of 140 large plastic bottles, making them remarkably lightweight and easy to install.
Our slat walls can easily be cut to size but, when ordering them, bear in mind that they are sold in packs of 2, and each panel is 250cm x 20cm. This will prevent you from ordering too many or not enough.
