This warranty covers Charles & Ivy’s decorative panels, fence screens, and fence slats that have been appropriately used and cared for. Example defects covered under this warranty include:

• Fading
• Rotting
• Splintering
• Peeling
• Manufacturing defects

Your warranty begins on the date we deliver your product, and ends 20 years after that date.

Examples of things that are not covered under this warranty include:

• Normal wear and tear
• Physical damage such as burns or stains

This warranty covers all Charles & Ivy’s fence posts, fence post blanking strips, fence channel and fence slat capping that have been appropriately used and cared for. Example defects covered under this warranty include:

• Rusting
• Corrosion
• Manufacturing defects

Your warranty begins on the date we deliver your product, and ends 15 years after that date.

Examples of things that are not covered under this warranty include:

• Normal wear and tear
• Physical damage such as burns

We will provide replacement products for successful warranty claims. We do not give refunds.
